Free user support and subscriptions are not transferable – they remain with the user, not the instrument. When purchasing a second instrument, you should aim to get the latest copy of software the seller has, shipped with the instrument. It is advisable to check for viruses when receiving software from an unknown source.
If you wish to have user support and access to the latest software and updates then you will need to purchase one of the subscriptions here so please bear that in mind when budgeting for your second hand purchase.
