MIDI configuration

Here is a list of Eigenharp controllers and their corresponding MIDI messages produced when in the MIDI out mode in the Factory Pico Setup:

• Strip controller 1 -> MIDI continuous input 1 (CC 16)
  
• Breath -> MIDI continuous input 2 (CC 17)
  
• Key pressure -> MIDI note on/off
  
• Key roll -> MIDI pitch bend wheel
  
• Key yaw -> modwheel (CC 33)
