Help: Thumb drive not working

New PICO MK 1 user - accessing EigenD Windows Installer.exe file on the thumb drive, and receive the following error message:

" Installer Integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete upload and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

Now what?
