Alpha: 1.4 series

Windows support for Alpha and Tau, many performance optimizations and some new features that are described in the release notes. I personally use 1.4 since it makes my old MacBook Pro capable of putting AUs on the Alpha microphone signal without having to increase the latency of EigenD.
