No worries, this is a very pertinent question, I should have made it clear from the get go.

The octave talker number corresponds to the split you're using. So in your case it would be octave talker 2.

Hi everyone,

As all of us did, I was amazed by Geert's rendition of Wish you were here on the Alpha. Since I owned AAS' Strum-Acoustic GS-1, I decided to try, to great success (thanks to jsn's help).

I setup my Alpha in Split 2 and voice my chords in keygroup 2. However, the size of keygroup 2 (and my bad fingering) is leading me to constantly press the octave up/down buttons in that kgroup, which messes up strum acoustic gs-1. I was wondering if any scripting wizard would know how to disable the octave up/down on a particular kgroup....

This piece of Belcanto should help you: 

octave talker 4 hey all phrase cancel


Replace the number with the appropriate octave talker.
