I've taken the liberty of throwing a couple of step-by-step tutorials into the wiki. Although they're written very roughly, they are the kind of thing that I would have liked to have had at the very beginning to get me started quickly. The idea is to be able to do something without having to refer to multiple different places to figure out what's going on.
Feel free to clean them up/change/correct as needed.
