Hi,
First evening with my new pico & I'm wondering about the clarinet. I seem to get a note regardless of whether I use the breath pipe. Similarly for the cello, I get a note regardless of whether I use the strip controller. Is this a setting in the browser? (i can't check at this moment since the browser doesn't appear in 10.4.11 - I'm off to get a copy of snow leopard tomorrow!).

Hi Duncan,

The behaviour you are describing leads me to believe that your breath pipe may be blocked with spit. Please try clearing out your breath pipe (please refer to Breath Pipe FAQ for details of how to do this) thoroughly and retrying.

Can you try the new release (1.0.8) which will be out shortly. This may help us to diagnose the problem with your breath pipe more easily.

OK, I'm getting the breath pipe blocked dialog. Close inspection of the small holes suggests that the clear rubber inside the breath pipe is blocking the two small holes. Any way of unblocking this? Or is it going to be a matter of returning the breath pipe?
