Is it possible to connext a pico directly to a synthesizer rack, maybe to a motif rack by yamaha?

No, not directly, you have to put a computer in between to host EigenD. If all you need is an Eigenharp-to-MIDI converter for your rack then a Raspberry PI might do the job. You can think of that as a "setup-and-forget" hardware adapter that get's plugged in between the pico and the rack. Look for the community edition of EigenD, there is a RPI build.
