I got an error during checkout in the online store (details below), but it leads to a larger question: are Eigenharps still being made? I tried the contact form some weeks ago but didn't hear back.
I'm particularly interested in the Alpha; it's such a brilliant instrument that it would be tragic for it to be endangered or extinct!
On other forums I've heard different things:
- The online store is currently broken but Eigenharps can still be bought via email + bank transfer
- Eigenharps are no longer being made but existing Tau stock is still available
- Eigenharps are no longer being made but accessories are available in the online store
[The actual online error I got was "Error: Your order cannot be processed. Please try again later." when it got to https://www.eigenlabs.com/store/checkout/credit/confirm/]
