Just to let everyone know, there is now a new Windows driver available here:

The latest version is 1.0.10 and owners of Windows machines are advised to download and install this. Please make sure that you have Windows 7 SP 1 installed before you do so, it contain important Microsoft fixes to the USB subsystem.
This driver update fixes a recent Windows bug that causes Eigenharps to drop off the USB bus and become unresponsive.
