ok, you should be able to do this with a talker connected to midi input.
Ian Clark has put together a great 'cookbook' which I believe includes a recipes about setting lights
ive also written about this on my blog:
myeigenharp.wordpress.com
basic steps will probably be something like:
a) ensure you have a KG that maps keys corresponding to incomings note, this needs to be connected to an active KG output
b) create a talker connected to the above KG, with a 'key' for each incoming note.
c) create a talker connected to midi input, that will use 'colour ify' to set lights on (b)
depending exactly on setup, you may be able to reduce the above, e.g use an existing KG for (a), combine (b) and (c) ... but this will very much depend upon setup.
you might also want to ask on the google+ community, if someone has done something similar... I half remember a post about something similar.

hope this helps
