Hi,
tomorrow, I get my Eigenharp Tauro :))))))))))))))
Now, I think, which amplifier is good for a gig? Can I use my e-guitar combo for the sound? Or have you a recommendation for me?
thanks in advanced for your help

Hi Tom,
Congrats on your new TAU (you even have a new name for it!?? )
As a broad concept, the sound output will be first from your computer, so an audio interface is key!
then, mixing, amplification... Stereo output?
Depending on venue/rehearsal maybe your e-guitar combo can be used, but some frequencys will be omitted...
Have fun

Hey Keyman,
thanks for your answer. Oh...no new name...my fingers was faster than my brain :)
I know, that the sound output will be first from my computer
My question is...which kind of amplifier is good for the stereo output?
best regards
Tom
Hi Tom,
The best suited speakers are normally the same one as those you use for synthesizer keyboards, meaning they're neutral. Another alternative is to get full-range main speakers that are used to amplify anyone In a band but typically vocals and keyboards. The latter is what I use since we amplify the whole band with two speakers like that. Good ones are quite expensive though, so you might be better off with a keyboard amplifier.
That said there's nothing preventing you using a guitar amplifier and make that part of your sound, it might very interesting.
Take care,
Geert
