Problem:
Currently, its difficult to start loops at precise timing. Makes for sloppy entries.
Similar with recorded parts. It's difficult to know exactly when a recorded part will start or stop, especially if there are multiple recorded parts of different bar lengths.
Similar with Arranger.
Solution:
Add ability to trigger loops and recorded parts to start at precise timings.
