We'll change that wording as it's definitely misleading, thanks for pointing it out. What Al means is 'start EigenD with a blank setup' which is the same thing really. You can find the blank setup at the top level of the Factory Setups in the setup menu. In order to start the tutorials you should be able to simply switch to that setup using the 'load setup' window. This will give you a basic setup with only the Agents loaded that EigenD needs to run.

The Wiki has been amended to clarify this. Thanks for pointing it out, it's those sort of little things that can cause endless frustration, and people often don't let us know about them once they've figured it out.
