I do not find that EigenD, particularly with the Pico, is the issue. For me it is typically the 3rd party AUs that tend to be problematic. So, you might want to add in their system requirements if you plan to use any.

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a new PC/Mac and was wondering whether anybody knows whether the hardware specs of the new Macbook air are high enough (1.8 Ghz dualcore) to use the Pico.

Hi,

While I can't guarantee it, I'd say yes since the GeekBench performance exceeds the ones of my 17" MacBook Pro from 3 years ago. Maybe you can go to an Apple store and ask to try it out by installing the latest EigenD on it?
