Think you are referring to overdub!
It's possible in the more recent versions of EigenD.
Look at this post and the reply from Geert, he sums it nicely!
Easier way is with STAGE, but it's not implemented with the Tabs from Eigenlabs. (not for the PICO, but it's there for the ALPHA and TAU I think)
