Maybe it's already been reported but I find that note B4 toggles the metronome on the Pico if you set the midi out port to Eigenlabs1.

An there is also a C that starts the drums ... really annoying..

This sounds like a bug I reported in 1.1.0 unstable 11 on the Alpha, where it seems to have two layers of controls active at once - one set of playing keys, and then underneath there is one of the setup pages.
Do you see any messages about missing soundfonts when you start up EigenD and load the Pico setup?
