Hey guys. Both us Alpha users on the forum had the exact same defect with our strap.

Check out the unboxing thread for details.

I was able to fix mine by setting the rivet myself. Something to be aware of and check before shipping more units. Sounds like a step forgotten when constructing the strap. Otherwise I have had no issues.

Is it easy to set the rivet?? I would like to try something to get this working again .. although now I have lost the c-clip so I may be screwed.
