This very nice program was written by John S. Nolan but is not online anymore for some time now. I hope he doesn't mind if I post a link to the web archive where it can still be downloaded and used:

It is pure HTML+Javascript without the need to contact a server, so you can just download these two pages, store them on your local machine and open them with a browser of your choice:
