The drivers have no general issue with Windows 10 - e.g. for me they work.
Does your device manager show a Pico or an "unknown device"?
In the latter case it might be worth to click on "uninstall driver" for this device and reinstall the Eigenharp driver.

I am having trouble running my PIco on Windows 10. When I plug it into the computer it will not light up. Will there be new drivers for this issue?
