So I'm currently beta testing the new OS for apple, and Eigen D apparently isn't compatible with it. Do I have any options? Is there any cool fix to make it work, or is my eigenharp just going to be completely useless forever?

Im not quite sure what you mean by 'apparently isn't compatible'
... the thread above only reported an issue with installation ... do you have other issues, you would like to share/be more specific about?

EigenD-Pro-2.0.74-stable and EigenD-Runtime-1.0.0 are incompatible with OSX El Capitan

I need to put together a build for 10.11...
You should be aware however, that there are quite a few audio products that are still unsupported/unstable on 10.11.
in particular you may find some VSTs you use have graphical issues, so although we have EigenD working fine on 10.11, Id still not recommend it for use.
