You have to create an empty plugins_cache file in the C:\Users\[YourUserName]\Documents\Eigenlabs\Plugins folder to get the plugin scanner working again.

The Windows version of EigenD also currently still only supports 32 bit plugins. The usual workaround is to use MIDI out and host plugins in an external host.
