I have been experimenting with using maschine to send note to the eigenharp that will make it change tonics..... every note work except c#. Maybe there is something that I havent considered.
Any advice would be helpful.

I've check and you are correct, no C# from midi in.

It can be simply corrected with belcanto:
(Open EigenCommander)
empty join
midi input controller hey
connector 2 key column to 1 set
... and keep on Rock'n!!
