Help: Pico doesn't turn on

Hi,

Just installed the 1.0.8 drivers (by the way, it's quite hard to find the drivers page on your website) and now nothing works. The Pico just doesn't turn on. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers : nothing. Different version of EigenD : nothing. Different USB port : nothing. It's detected (windows says eigenharp detected) by windows but it doesn't work. No error message.

I'm really fed up with this instrument (cf. other post)

Hi Jean Louis,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the 1.0.8 drivers. We've heard this happen on occasion, Window sometimes gets confused and doesn't properly install the driver itself. Jim has explained the process of making sure it did in this forum post, please make sure that you uninstalled the previous driver first: http://www.eigenlabs.com/forum/threads/id/849/?page=1#snap_post7202
